Sit or lie down relaxed and focus on your breathing.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and out slowly through your mouth.

Have you wandered off in thoughts? Then go back to your breathing.

Do this for 3 to 5 minutes and then calmly come back to the moment of the day.

Notice if there are any thoughts or feelings present.
Simply observe what you feel or think,
without judgement...
